Pikes Bay Marina is located just 1 ½

miles south of Bayfield WI. It is the

newest marina in the area and has

one of the best club houses and other

facilities that are open to our charter

guests. It is less than 2 miles away

from the Big Top Chautauqua,

apple orchard country, and Bayfield.

The Bayfield area is rich in history and has outstanding Victorian architecture

in both it’s homes and downtown area. If at all possible we recommend an

extra couple of days to explore the many shops and museums. There is

an abundance of fine Bed and Breakfast Inns and eating establishments.

This is all part of your trip. We mainly offer

2 or 3 day trips, but can tailor any trip

to your needs. Our destination is usually

in and around the Apostle Islands area.

We carry 2 Old Towne tandem kayaks and have 2 downriggers for fishing lake

trout and salmon. Our rates are broken down to include provisioning (we buy

 the groceries) with the charter fee. There is nothing like good sailing

and good eating. Your captain loves to do both, so leave dieting at home.

SANDY BEACHES · LIGHTHOUSES

Isle Madeline, La Pointe, Michigan,

Raspberry, Devils, and Sand Island

We can include these on 3 day or longer

trips. We spend our nights swinging on the

hook in beautiful protected anchorages off

picturesque beaches. Walk the mile long

beaches on Stockton, explore the sea caves

by kayak on Sand, and Devils Islands.

We can accommodate up to six guests. You are the crew and help with all the

tasks to sail and live aboard a 40 ft boat. Every day is a great day!
